The contract involves conditional use permits for the expansion and consolidation of commercial cannabis cultivation operations across an 812-acre parcel in Humboldt County, California, encompassing three assessor parcel numbers and totaling 56,256 square feet of existing indoor cultivation and 174,240 square feet of new outdoor cultivation. Water needs for the project are estimated at 4,638,180 gallons annually, drawn from three existing and one proposed rainwater catchment ponds, along with five permitted groundwater wells, with storage capacity provided by 4,323,306 gallons in ponds and 402,600 gallons in hard tanks. Onsite processing includes trimming and packaging, with power supplied through a combination of solar energy and PGE, supplemented by emergency generators.
