This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/with a soft two-step SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using RFO Part 15 Negotiation procedures along with RFO Part 19.108-7- SBA 8(a) procedures included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/ with a soft two-step solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website - the System of Award Management (SAM) website (sam.gov). In regards to the soft two-step solicitation, please review the attached Solicitation for details. These dates will apply:

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Regional Directorate intends to solicit as a one hundred percent (100%) competitive Small Business 8(a) set aside. The procurement is for the requirement of services that include developing and updating training content to reflect ongoing changes to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, implementing new and evolving command policies and procedures, developing new training courses, converting selected functional training curricula into web-based training, and providing on-site knowledge transfer to NAVSUP personnel in Supply Chain Management in support of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Functional On-the-Job Training Support Services. These training support services include course instruction, one-on-one personnel training, curriculum development and improvement, and Integrated Weapon Systems Team (IWST) training.
