NavTEl Upgrade

NOTICE OF SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the Air Force to determine interest and capabilities of potential sources. This synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, or a synopsis of a solicitation, or a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. Any information submitted in response to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Company may provide a profile normally provided to General Public. Any questions should be submitted to the contracting administrator listed above. 49th Fighter Wing seeks the following: - NAVX SOURCE CODE- Provide a single, intuitive application for NavTEL analyst to develop initial scenario configurations to Spirent simulators, run HITL simulations, import test results, and perform post-processing analyses. - NAVX USERS MANUAL- Provide a user manual for the NAVTEL System upgrade. - NAVX DESIGN DOCUMENTATION- Provide design documentation - INSTALL NAVX AT HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE - EXAMPLE SCENARIO- Provide a baseline example of the capabilities. This includes jammer laydowns, demonstrating interfacing of assets (vehicle/aircraft profiles, user motion trajectories, constellation configuration). - JAVA APPLET INTERFACE EXAMPLE- Provide NavTEL engineers an example of capabilities that will given to NavTEL engineers for interfacing the product with future assets. - MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORTS- Provide status of development (short paragraph summary), list of technical problems/advances and delays/advances in schedule.
