GDAIS shall perform the effort necessary to complete design and modify existing SAIL software to handle the data crosstalk between Navy ERP and SAIL. This effort will require the implementation of SAIL changes required to accommodate Navy ERP requirements for MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP and/or DLMS transactions. This effort will require implementation of SAIL changes to accommodate Navy ERP-generated transactions and data feeds. GDAIS shall plan and conduct System Critical Design Review of proposed changes through Software Deployment Readiness Review in accordance with OD 61424 and OD 65866. This effort will be accomplished in FY11 -13 and is dependent upon the completion of System Preliminary Design Review which will be accomplished under separate funding. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System and Attack Weapons Control System (AWCS) and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort. All effort shall be performed in accordance with T900lB checklist dated 17 February 2011 Fire Control Type, Operational Support Column.
