All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 02 June 2026.



Solicitation N0042126Q1183 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase
on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with
BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. for LRIP NavGuide GPS Receiver BAE
CGM P/N: 766-0000-001, NavGuide J5 Cable P/N: CST-6002-050, Crypto Key Fill Cable (13 inches) P/N: 987-
5180-001, and Active L1/L2 External Antenna, color OD Green P/N: 013-1981-020 items as listed under the
authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 6.302-1.



Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of
any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.
This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best
quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.



This notice is intent to Sole Source with BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc.



Vendors must be BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Daylight Time on 02 June 2026. A determination by the Government not to
compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
