The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: assist in the development of a comprehensive long-range recreation plan for the Southern Region of Utah.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the first 12 months. All future requests for an increase must be submitted with market research and receive approval from the agency. Each increase will be guaranteed for 12 months.
