This announcement is for information and planning purposes. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. 


The California Air National Guard, 146th Airlift Wing (146th AW) Channel Islands ANG Station, Port Hueneme has requirements entitled: NCC UPS and COMM Closet UPS


The 146th AW intends to solicit quotes from at least three (3) interested sources in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures.  This is expected to be 100% set aside for a Small Business competition after approvals are completed and is intended to result in award of one (1) firm-fixed price contract with an expected contract delivery/contract completion date of 31 March 2027.


The general salient characteristics of the requirement include but are not limited to:


NCC UPS:


-Uninterruptible power supply, rated at 50 kW / 50 kVA, operates with a 208V AC,


3-phase input and output, configurable also for 200V and 220V. It's engineered for


external battery systems, accommodating Lithium-Ion batteries with a nominal


battery voltage range of 384-480V DC. Freestanding tower, approximately 58.5


inches tall, 20.5 inches wide, and 33.3 inches deep, weighing 551 to 639 lbs. without


batteries. Includes an LCD touchscreen for user interaction, an embedded network


management card for remote monitoring and software compatibility. Offers overload


capacity (125% for 10 minutes, 150% for 60 seconds), with some supporting N+1


redundancy for enhanced availability.


Power Rating: 50 kW / 50 kVA.


Input Voltage: 208V AC, 3-phase. Also supports 200V and 220V.


Output Voltage: 208V AC, 3-phase. Also configurable for 200V and 220V.
