Y--ND TEWAUKON NWR - Small Home Supply and Delivery

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, under the Department of the Interior and administered by SAT Team 2 in Falls Church, Virginia, has issued a firm-fixed-price contract for the supply, delivery, and installation of two tiny homes at the Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge in Cayuga, North Dakota. The contract, solicited under number 140FS226Q0126 and issued on June 18, 2026, with offers due by July 2, 2026, is a 100% small business set-aside requiring compliance with all applicable socioeconomic, statutory, and procurement integrity regulations. Each tiny home must be approximately 400 square feet, include a full bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity, feature 32-inch-wide doors on one unit for accessibility, and provide washer/dryer hookups and a five-year rodent protection warranty.
