THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TOSUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE NDE SERVICES AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBA EVENT AND BIDDOCUMENTS FOR THE AUTHORITY'S NIAGARA POWER PROJECT LOCATED IN NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov inorder to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining biddocuments from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
