Delivery terms call for three boxes to be delivered within 20 days, FOB destination, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. Palletization and packaging must meet Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) standards. The contract references specific manufacturers and part numbers, including Becton Dickinson and Medline.
