The solicitation incorporates the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions Revision 105 and includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses governing cybersecurity, safeguarding covered defense information, export control, prohibition of hexavalent chromium, restrictions on telecommunications equipment from Chinese military companies, and electronic invoicing via WAWF. Bidder submissions must include compliance data on additive manufacturing eligibility, Safety Data Sheets for any hazardous materials, and full documentation for any alternate parts proposed. The solicitation is subject to HUBZone price evaluation preference and may be awarded automatically if no first article testing is required. Offerors must submit bids via DIBBS by August 17, 2026, and must be registered in SAM with valid UEI and CAGE codes, and must comply with Buy American and Berry Amendment requirements, with the Berry threshold reduced to $150,000.
