This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 146 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, if necessary, and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with Firm Fixed-Prices for nephrology and dialysis supplies for the Dual Renal Replacement Therapy (RRF) and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) NxStage model System One S with NxView. This is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation number is W81K0218R0004.
