The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to build a 11,689 square meter building that will serve as an operational center for the 21 Electronic Warfare (EW) Regiment. The building will include vehicle storage, maintenance as well as supporting office, classroom and mixed-use spaces. A site visit will be held on the following date and time and at the following location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit. Date: December 16, 2025 Time: 1000 hrs, local time Location: 26 Somme Ave, Kingston, ON K7K 7B4 Note: “Contractors are advised that site photos and measurements are not permitted”. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $68,000,000.00 The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 1050 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 119 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
