New Hampshire Clean Diesel Program Rolling Request for Proposals

The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) is soliciting proposals under RFP DES 2026-05 for the Clean Diesel Grant Program. Funded by the EPA Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA), this rolling request for proposals provides partial reimbursement grants to public entities for projects that reduce diesel emissions. Eligible activities include certified vehicle or equipment replacements, certified engine replacements, and verified idle reduction technologies.
