This contract involves the procurement of a power supply and annunciator system operating at 24V, with the solicitation reference number 2094839 issued by Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) in Texas. Bidders must register through the Bonfire platform and complete the "Prepare Your Submission" process to access detailed project information and respond via the in-browser BidTable. All purchase orders are governed by DART’s standard Terms and Conditions, which are available for download, and emphasize strict adherence to delivery schedules, with delivery time and rate being critical factors. Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice receipt, which must include specific details such as purchase order number, item descriptions, quantities, and prices, with invoices to be submitted in triplicate to the specified email address. The contract stipulates that failure to meet delivery deadlines or performance standards can result in termination for default, with the seller liable for damages, including the costs of re-procurement or completing the work. However, if delays are caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control or if the seller is found not to be at fault, termination may be considered a termination for convenience. The contract size is estimated to range between $50,000 and $150,000, and the solicitation deadline is September 12, 2025, with the project located in Texas.
