SEE STATEMENT OF WORK


The Contractor shall provide delivery, in-room placement, equipment setup, and operational verification of the ultrasonic aspirator and its accessories. The Contractor shall also provide a brief on-site orientation covering basic operation and features for approximately 4–5 designated facility personnel.


Delivery shall be completed within 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
