Full Description

The prposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negoiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intentt is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely wuthin the discrection of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposed of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Cincinnati Gilbert Machine Tool Co is the supplier, who can provide a New Spindle as well as reconditioned drive sleeve. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333515. All responses may be emailed to Debra Beale at contact@example.gov and reference number N4215814RC40857 no later than 12:00 EST on 06 June 2014.
