SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (hereinafter referred to as “SUNY DHSU”) currently receives Clinical Apheresis Services (CAS) and Perioperative Autologous Transfusion (PAT) services in the operating room at University Hospital in Brooklyn New York. SUNY DHSU seeks to increase the current contract value to pay outstanding invoices as well as to extend the contract period to 10/24/2026. Accordingly, a CRER request was made to OSC and granted on October 15th, 2025 for a single source exemption from advertising for the additional funding.
