Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Millcreek Township, Lebanon County for the Newburg Village Recreation Area Walking Path Project until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Monday, December 9, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a paved walking path, with concrete sections where specified, site work and grading, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. Questions shall be submitted via the “Public Q&A” feature within PennBid. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work.
