This is a requirement Newspaper and Periodicals Delivery Support Services.  The requirement is for a variety of newspapers and magazines to be delivered on appointed days and times to the Pentagon for distribution to various Offices of the Secretary of War and Washington Headquarters Services. This requirement will not have a fixed number of newspapers/magazines but a range; the number may fluctuate over the minimum number required during the life of the contract. Papers and Periodicals must be delivered no later than 6:00 a.m. and placed in specific stacks for pick-up by mailroom personnel. Papers are to be delivered 7 days per week.


This competitive solicitation will be performed as a total Small Business Set-aside.  Proposed contract will consist of firm-fixed price contract line items.  The period of performance will be for a 6-month base period with a 6-month option period and include FAR 52.217-8. Anticipated award date of September 14, 2026.
