NOTICE OF INTENT THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Norfolk District, intends to modify Contract W91236-21-C-2033 for additional Construction Phase Services. Contract W91236-21-C-2033 was awarded to Guernsey Tingle Architects, PC. 4350 New Town Ave Suite 101, Williamsburg, VA 23188 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The contract is for architect-engineering to provide design and construction phase services for the Secure Operations and Administration Building. The period of performance shall be approximately 1100 days. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Unified Design Criteria, USACE's design guide, and integration of the geographic conditions and site constraints. Guernsey Tingle Architects, PC. is the Designer of Record. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, it any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.
