NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia plans to award a sole source contract to Sikorsky for the repair of two data converter units (P/N: 70600-81859-101, NSN: 7R 6605 013667955) under NAICS code 334511 and FSC 6605. The Government does not possess the drawings or data rights required to source these parts from other suppliers, which limits procurement options to Sikorsky. The contract will likely be awarded under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (N00383-22-G-Y601), and no other supplies or services are expected to meet agency requirements as determined by the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302.
