Requirement SummaryThis requirement is open only to those pre-qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who quality under the Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audit.Public Safety Canada seeks to establish a contract(s) under the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement, under the following Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audits. This task Authorization contract for professional audit support services to provide independent nimble IT audits as part of the design, implementation and close-out of a program led by Public Safety Canada (PS). PS requires Internal Audit professionals to conduct assurance engagements to support its Internal Audit and Evaluation Directorate (IAED) by providing independent real-time assurance services on an as requested basis.Real-time assurance feedback will be sought on the following management elements:• Strategy;• Value;• Risk;• Business Process;• Transformational IT;• Organizational Change;• Training; and,• Program and Project Management.Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may change as the program developsBid solicitation # 202301808 issued for work to be conducted in three parts. 2. Period of WorkThe period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to May 30, 2023 with one (1) additional four (4) year period.3. Evaluation Process and Selection MethodologyBasis of selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit 70% and Price 30 %Detailed in the RFP, Part 24. Intellectual PropertyShall vest with the Public Safety Canada.5. Security Requirements Secret security clearance is required.
