This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01; effective March 13, 2026, and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), supplemented by Department of Commerce Acquisition Policy. 


This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is 1333ND26QNB730213.


This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis, small businesses and other than small businesses may respond to this solicitation.  


The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Questions must be received by or before July 15, 2026 at 11:00AM ET. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
