The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) laboratory located in Beltsville, MD is soliciting for a Nitrogen Generator and installation per the product speficiations attached in the solicitation package. This RFQ is open market solicitation. It is anticipated that a fixed-price type contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation, to the offeror who is determined to offer the overall best value, and lowest price technically acceptable offer. The attached commercial item clauses, supplemental terms and conditions, instructions to offerors, and evaluation approach apply to this acquisition.
