During renovations the parking lot lights adjacent to Building 288/GYM and Building 290 were either missing and or removed and were not covered under the renovation contract for replacement. The 6 light polls & lights identified on the attachment need to be replaced with new ones and reinstalled to working condition. The light poles in the parking lot adjacent to Building 290 will need concrete barriers placed around the pole to prevent them being hit and knocked over by cars parking in the lot. This is a personnel safety and security issue for staff and the residents or personnel using the parking lots due to them being dimly lit and not lit at all. During the night darkness, it is nearly impossible to see the parking lines or personnel in the parking lots.
