The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition –Stryker VariAx Orthopedic Instrument Trays.



The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award with Howmedica Osteonics, Inc. DBA Stryker Orthopaedics (UEI: E5DLYCJBNYX7). Howmedica Osteonics, Inc, is the only vendor capable of providing Stryker VariAx orthopedic instrument trays.
