This is a sole source purchase from Emerging Growth Enterprise, 1020 Prospect St, Suite 250, La Jolla, CA 92037 in the amount of $128,840.00. Purchase and installation of the No Foam System for the Fire Department Aircraft Fire Fighting (ARFF) Vehicles under a new contract. Under this contract for supplies, Emerging Growth Enterprise will provide the following items in sustainment of the Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) foam testing program: Item #1- Two (2) trailer mounted "No Foam Systems" one (1) for Ramstein AB, Germany and one (1) for Cheivers AB, Belgium Item #2- Ten (10) Retro Fit kits to modify the ARFF Fire Fighting Trucks to accept the "No Foam" system. Eight (8) are for Ramstein and two (2) are for Cheivers. Item #3- Two (2) year supply of die concentrate. One (1) years supply for each base. Item #4- The contractor shall develop and/or review training material to support the use of the No Foam System. Provide user manuals, work sheets, installation instructions, and online support (phone, video conference).
