The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), the metro Atlanta Area Agency on Aging (AAA), issues this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and is the sole point of contact. This NOFA is for both single county services and multi-county/regional services. Pursuant to Evidence-Based Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Services (Older Americans Act Title IIID) of the OAA, ARC has developed a coordinated network of partners across the region, all working toward the expansion of evidence-based wellness programs to ensure they are available where most needed by older adults and persons with disabilities. All the Evidence Based Programs offered through this NOFA, meet the criteria for provision and reimbursement through Title IIID under the Georgia Division of Aging Services (DAS). The objective of this NOFA is to improve the health and wellness of older persons in metro Atlanta by further expanding the availability of those programs currently offered by the Atlanta Regional Commission. The ARC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to award in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of ARC to do so. The Executive Director of the ARC has authority to award contracts or agreements to the Applicants that offer the best proposal, cost and other factors considered. **GO TO https://atlantaregional.org/procurement/nofa-fy2027-2028-evidence-based-disease-prevention-and-health-promotion-services/ FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
