The requirement is for preventative maintenance service of an OMAX 55100 Abrasive Waterjet in support of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16 (MALS-16). Service of the OMAX 55100 requires an OMAX-certified service technician to conduct the PM service. Purchase order M0068124P0013 awarded on 30 May 2024 was for repairs identified during an initial diagnostic by Phillips Corporation. A sub-sequent contract, M0068124P0034, was awarded on 31 July 2024 to conduct the repairs from the diagnostics to restore the OMAX 55100 to an operational status. Unit is requesting a base year plus 4 one-year options The anticipated period of performance is 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2029. Search of AbilityOne & UNICOR yielded no results.
