Non Excavated Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation

The City of Bristol is seeking a contractor to provide on-demand, trenchless rehabilitation services for its aging sanitary sewer system, spanning over 200 miles of primarily clay tile pipes that are more than 50 years old. The primary focus is on non-excavation methods to minimize disruption while effectively restoring the integrity of the sewer infrastructure. Under this contract, the selected contractor will be tasked with installing cured in place piping, completing short liner pipe repairs, cutting protruding service lateral taps, and rehabilitating manholes using cementitious linings. The scope of work will be performed within Bristol, Connecticut over a specified period, beginning August 12, 2025 and ending September 9, 2025. The opportunity is open to all interested vendors, with an estimated contract value ranging from $5,000,000 to $15,000,000.
