The contract involves providing comprehensive administrative telephone services for Fort Dix, with the contractor tasked with the operation, administration, and maintenance of both classified and unclassified enterprise networks and customer local area networks. The scope includes supplying necessary parts, tools, and equipment to manage critical systems essential to the Directorate of Information Management's (DOIM) mission. Responsibilities cover installation services such as switchboard operations, inside and outside plant cable management, customer service, and special projects related to the administrative telephone system. Additionally, the contractor handles technical and administrative coordination for telephone activities, manages telecommunication service work orders, and coordinates customer billing with telecommunication coordinators. Further duties include the operation and maintenance of various voice and telephone systems like the Voice Mail System, Interactive Voice Recognition System (IVR), Automatic Dial Assistance Service (ADAS), and Telephone Management System (TMS), along with their components. The contractor is also responsible for the technical configuration management of the installation infrastructure, including creating and updating CAD drawings for engineering support. The contract supports the Fort Dix Directorate of Information Management under the Department of Defense, specifically for non-personal information management and communication services, and no separate solicitation will be issued for this requirement.
