*** This post-closing amendment 1) corrects the quantity for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) X004AB, Row River Trail: Mosby Creek Trailhead, in Section B.3 from 2,000 gallons to 4,000 gallons for each period of performance and 2) corrects the descriptions for Barlow Wayside, Cedar Grove Recreation Site, and Table Rock Trailhead in Section C.1.2 to match their respective quantities in Section B.3. *** The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Northwest Oregon District has a requirement for the servicing of 60 water vault toilets and holding tanks at 34 various recreation sites and area sites throughout Northwest Oregon. Servicing includes pumping, cleaning, and watering the vault toilets and holding tanks, then removing and disposing of all effluent and trash in an acceptable manner at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations, and laws.
