Full Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Western Region Contracting Office of Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to award a contract to Barbara O. Rothbaum of Atlanta, Georgia in the amount of $120,200.00. This contract is for the acquisition of virtual reality training services for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder that offers the level of expertise that is being requested by the Government to be performed at Madigan Army Medical Center, Fort Lewis, Washington. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. See Note 22.
