Sealed, separate Bids for the construction of the Relocation of Maple Avenue Water Booster Station project will be received by Village of Warwick at Village Hall located at 77 Main Street, Warwick, New York 10990, until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 7, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the relocation of an existing water booster station located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Colonial Avenue with a new pre-fabricated booster station on Grand Street. The new booster station will be connected to the existing 6-inch water main piping on Grand Street. Additionally included is the installation of new gate valves, water main and water service. A new pressure reducing valve and precast vault will be installed on Maple Avenue. At all sites, restoration and site improvements (grading, fencing, etc.) are to be included. Bids will be received for two (2) prime contracts. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
