THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL-- In pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD/P&R), Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP), intends to award a short-term sole source bridge contract to the incumbent, Pembrooke Occupational Health Inc., 9201 Arboretum Parkway Suite 200, Richmond, VA, 23236-5407. The current contract no. #HQ0034-13-C-0127 will end September 26, 2019. The anticipated period of performance is for a total of three months. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The contract is intended to meet Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD/P&R), Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) requirement for continued Civilian Drug Free Workplace Collections and Medical Review Officer Services to provide for all civilian drug testing services of Testing Designated Positions (TDPs) and civilian applicants (as required) associated with the Military Services and DoD Agencies.
