Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0222Q0130 to Medtronic, Inc for the purchase of Nine Dual Chamber Temporary Pacemakers and accessories for the Department of Cardiology located at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
