Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Government intends to award an extension using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Homewood, AL. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the delineated area which is bounded by the following roads. Properties fronting any of the following roads are considered to be within the delineated area: Beginning at the intersection of Hwy 78 and Dugan Avenue proceed north to Dugan Ave / Daniel Payne Drive. Turn right and continue east on Daniel Payne Drive until it becomes Lewisburg Road. Proceed northeast on Lewisburg Road until 26th Street N and turn right on 26th Street N. Proceed south on 26th Street until 40th Ave N and turn left. Continue on 40th Ave N until it becomes 28th Way N. Merge on to Hwy 31 North.
