The U.S. Army Special Operations Command intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with MaxOut Strength System, LLC. Royersford, PA to establish a firm fixed priced purchase order for Barwis Method Maxout Tower with delivery on or before 12 August 2015. Pursuant to DFAR 206.302-1 (d), a sources sought notice was posted from 22 June 2015 to 09 July 2015 resulting in the determination that this item is only available from its producer/manufacturer and not through dealers or distributors. Pursuant to the FAR Part 6.302.1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Sources Will Satisfy Agency Requirements for the above-cited supply/service. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, but merely notification of the Government's intent to enter into a contract with MaxOut Strength System, LLC. Royersford, PA for one Barwis Method MaxOut Tower. The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on agency market research and the results of the sources sought notice. Responses to this notice may be collected for future requirements however, due to immediate mission needs, will not be considered for the purposes of this acquisition.
