This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 procedures.
Service needed: The United States Marine Corps Band requires guest artist Michael Feinstein from Terwilliker Limited to perform alongside them at the concert at Strathmore Music Center.

The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to: TERWILLIKER LIMITED, 12953 PUBLISHERS DR STE 200, FISHERS, IN 46038 USA, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The reason for this Sole Source Award Intent is that TERWILLIKER LIMITED is the only vendor certified for Michael Feinstein to perform with the United States Marine Corps Band.
