NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. The Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to the Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC. Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC is the sole provider for E&E News, E&E Daily, Greenwire, EnergyWire, Climate and E&E News PM. The contractor shall provide the Department of Energy (DOE), a five-year subscription to Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC. The subscription period is 02/12/2021 through 02/11/2026.
