This requirement is for the maintenance and help desk support to provide management and technical services for the migration of the KE EMu software to the Google Cloud, upgrades to the latest version of KE Emu (EMu) Software, customer help desk support, onsite consulting, user training, and client modifications for twenty-two (22) Government owned user licenses.
