Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing - Office of Acquisitions intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637 (a) for services to provide and install hydraulic double scissor lifts at the face intaglio presses, per the drawings and specifications. The I-10 pre-stacking stations will receive one (1) new lift each for installation. The contractor will be required to perform concrete cutting and filling at the designated areas. The Contractor will also be responsible for cutting existing rails used for materials handling and welding the cut sections to the lifts. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Primestar Construction, 1402 Corinth, Suite 227, Dallas, TX 75215. The NAICS Code is 236210. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one hundred twenty days (120). A solicitation will not be posted.
