Full Description

The National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) will conduct an international closed-door conference in Beijing that examines the implications of a bold switchover in North Korean security policy. The contractor will employ both established, in-house a nalytical and programmatic resources as well as leverage its unique organizational model and capability to convene a team of international experts from a wide range of pertinent non-governmental institutions in support of policy development and execution f or the Under Secretary of Defense (Policy), Asia-Pacific. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. NO RFP IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Organizations that believe they possess the c apability necessary to undertake the work described should submit their capabilities package by 4:00 p.m. local time prevailing, August 12, 2005. No extentions will be granted.
