This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. USDA Forest Service, Mark Twain National Forest intends to award a sole source award to Helifire, LLC dba Field Support Services, (FSS) for 50 boxes of Plastic Spheres for Aerial Ignition. (Dragon Eggs). For USDA Forest Service National Forest Service in Mississippi 6764 Church Avenue Potts Camp MS 38659 This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by July 11th, 2025, at 10:00AM (EST). Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
