BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1168446


The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement Operations Land Management group is issuing this special notice as a means of complying with USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), SUBPART 412.201-1, requiring that all calls above $20,000 be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE).  The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Request against the LMIR BPA for the FY26 UAW UAR Targeted Fuels Project on the Rogue River-Siskiyou NF.


12363N23Q4023 The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) is a National BPA that consists of a large variety of work including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and more. The BPA can be utilized on all Forests and Grasslands and is available for all federal agencies to utilize.


This is not a solicitation.  This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call request does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.


This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for calls under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for USFS.  There are currently 138 businesses that will receive this solicitation.  The Call Request shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.  Any changes to the Call Request RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call against the multiple award schedule BPA continuously solicited on the GPE at: SAM.gov. If contractors are not on the LMIR BPA and wish to join, they can respond to the BPA during the onboarding window which is Oct 1-Oct 31st each year for the life of the BPA.
