Full Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at the Presidio of Monterey (MICC-PoM) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about 29 September 2016 to Blackboard Inc, 1111 19th Street NW Washington DC 20036, for a web-based synchronous collaboration system. The base period of performance will be from 29 September 2016 to 28 September 2017, with an option year from 29 September 2017 to 28 September 2018. This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13.5 for Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to include FAR Part 13.501 (a) sole source (to include brand name) acquisitions, as implemented by FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 with the size standard of $38.5 million. The Product/Service Code is 7030. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within fifteen calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by MICC-PoM.
