Full Description

1. The purpose of this memorandum is to serve a notice of intent to award sole source on Solicitation # F1W3QC8058AW01. 2. The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a sole source purchase order to DynaTouch as a result of them currently having the prioprietary software needed for the kiosk systems that are currently inplace. The software needed is not provided through subcontractors and is only available through DynaTouch. If inadequet software is purchased or installed, the Kiosk system will not interface correctly with the other systems. The PSC for this requirement is J059, MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS 3. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(2). The anticipated award date is 21 May, 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 18 May, 2018 at 2 pm Alaska Standard Time. 4. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 5.
