Notice of intent to award sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). This notice is for information only; no solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of any offers received in response to this notice. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers with a size standard of 100 employees. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract for (1 ea) ArcGIS Online Level 6 Plan Subscription for up to 1,000 Named Users and 110,000 Credits for a period of 1 year. The Government believes Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) Inc. is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements. The Government is contracting for this software solution from which ESRI Inc. 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92373 as the only known source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within the date/time listed in this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to GSA PBS Acquisition Services Division, ATTN: Ted Mahoney, 1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC, 20405 sent by email to ted.mahoney@gsa.gov. Responses to this notice must be submitted by the date/time listed on the notice. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
