The United State Property & Fiscal Office - Illinois, 182AW, Peoria, Illinois intends to negotiate a sole source award to CORE Construction Services of Illinois, Inc., 866 N. Main Street, Morton, IL 61550-1602 for construction (design/build) of: Two (2) pre-engineered buildings. One will be a open-sided structure to accommodate military vehicle parking (total of 6500 square feet) and a pre-engineered unheated steel structure designed to provide covered storage for equipment and supplies (6,000 square foot) at the 182 Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL. Construction will include all necessary access pavements, site work, lighting, fire protection and support. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; ho wever, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
